We will base ourselves close to Barga (see www.barganews.com ) approx. 1 hr. form Pisa and with good rail links to Barga. Occupying a large family home set in the hills this fabulous location is a mecca for artists, but far enough away from the busy tourist areas. We will spend time in the region exploring the fantastic photographic opportunities in both the surrounding towns and villages as well as the mountains and hills of the region. Additionally we spend some time visiting the coastal area for typical images of that region. The course will be relaxed and informative, with photographer numbers being limited to ensure as much individual attention as possible. We aim to take you through the skills and knowledge needed to capture stunning images of the area, looking at such issues as depth of field, RAW/JPEG formats, calculating correct exposures, looking for and composing the right image, image manipulation, and much more,all in all a fun, relaxed time.

Non-particpating partners are welcome at a reduced rate (subject to space).For those delegates prepared to share a room with another delegate there will be a reduction in the fee, otherwise, if required private rooms are available and will accommodate a minimum of two per room.Some family rooms are available.
